Called?

It looks like I may be involved in Youth Ministry in a staff position again...
Lord of the Mountains came to me and asked if I would be interesting in heading up the Confirmation Class program since the pastors from both of the involved sister churches are leaving their positions. I have been a volunteer leader for the past several months and I've loved it. But to move into a position where I'm the one running it...?
I'm meeting with pastor Kari at 4:00 today to talk about the details.
Do I want to take this on again? I know it wouldn't be full time and there is only one program to run, but how involved do I want to become (as a paid staff member possibly?) at a church where there is some apparent disfunction?
We'll have to see how the meeting today goes. It would be nice to have a little more money in my bank account every month. But, would it be worth the amount of time that may have to go into running the program? Hopefully I'll have my questions answered today.
The crazy thing about this is that I didn't approach them about it at all. They asked me if I'd be interested in taking on the responsibility. Is God calling me to this or is the church just desperate for someone?

I have no doubt that you are being called. You have a gift Ruth, I heard it in the first conversation we had, just don't let that gift get buried in the details. Let me know if I can help in any way (I don't know what that would be but I'm serious)

Thanks, Ken. I appreciate that. Your words of encouragement are the best kind of help you can give! Please say hello to your wonderful family from me.
